Circle 48 Adventure: These flights will circle the USA starting at Bangor and finishing at Bangor. There will be a variety of airports that most of us have never been in before, with different scenery along the way. Some airports will have instrument approach while others will have nothing. These flights may be flown either IFR or VFR, using LA routes with altitudes up to but not including 18000’. There can be no direct GPS route. Must plan the Route using the VOR, NDB, Intersection or Airport fixes. You may fly any of these Fleet Aircraft. [Shorts 360; DH6-300S; SAAB 340B; YS-11; ATR42-500; Cessna 337; Beech 18] You may fly no more than 8 straight flight hours in any 24 hour period. Each Leg is from gate to gate.
